L’Artisan Cheese Timboon and the Mouse Trap café are located in Timboon, close to Port Campbell on the Great Ocean Road.

We produce a range of French Style Cheeses with the most traditional techniques and recipes that third generation cheese maker and owner Matthieu Megard has brought from his home country. We only use local milk and are enthusiastic about making sure that our products reflect the Great Ocean Road “Terroir”.

We take great pride and passion in crafting our unique cheeses and enjoy sharing this with you through our Café/cellar door, The Mouse Trap Café, as well as at farmer’s market (check out our market dates and location on our “Farmer’s Market” page).

Our delicious cheeses are available in good restaurants and delis throughout Victoria and in other states as well (please check our stockist list).
